BR Soft Release Running Tool Assembly
Rebco BR Soft Release Running Tool is designed to run and set recording instruments (see Product Code 33), attached to ROTS, ROTW & ROTZ Locks to be landed in corresponding Nipple profiles.
ROTTS Lock is to be set in the Tubing Coupling recess. This tool is an up strain, slack-off setting device.
NOTE: Jarring with this tool should be avoided, as it may cause the tool to be released prematurely.
It is recommended that Type 'BR' Soft Release Running Tool is run on Stem or Knuckle Jars only.
- Locks must be run with (up-facing) Dogs trailing.
- Require ROTA Shank to collapse down-facing Dogs.
- Pull required to activate the Tool:100 to 150 lbs
- Do not use ROTA Shank
- Pull required to activate the Tool: 180 lbs for 1.900" and 300 lbs for other sizes
