Rebco Type 'ROTBB' Pulling Tool is a Shear-Up Pulling Tool with exposed dogs, and a smaller diameter of the shear pin. These features are advantageous when retrieving devices that may have obstructions such as wire around its external fishing neck, and in the event that the Pulling Tool needs to be released, the shear pin can be sheared more readily than the skirted type of Pulling Tools.
