The Rebco BB is a specialized pulling tool fitted with a BB (Bullet) Probe, a narrow-diameter prong assembly designed to enter the restricted bore of instrument hangers equipped with ROTFSB and ROTTSB Lock Mandrel Sub-Assemblies, where the internal bore is too small for a standard GR core to enter and engage. The BB probe enters the small bore, locates the internal fishing neck recess, and latches, allowing the instrument hanger assembly to be retrieved to the surface. BB Probes are available in two lengths, Short and Long, to compensate for the variation in fishing neck position that occurs across different lock mandrel sub-assembly configurations within the same nominal size.
