The Rebco RH is a specialized shear-down pulling tool for external fishing necks, designed for applications requiring an extended reach beyond what the standard S-Series tools provide. The RH is available in three reach configurations: Short (RHS), Medium (RHM), and Long (RHL), on a single body, with the reach determined by the core selected. This three-tier reach option within a single tool type makes the RH the most flexible pulling tool for challenging retrieval jobs where the exact fishing neck depth is uncertain or variable across a fleet of wells.

The RH is typically selected for retrieving sub-surface devices with external fishing necks in completions where neither the standard JD-Series nor S-Series short- or medium-reach configurations are sufficient to fully engage the fishing neck, for example, on extended packing mandrel configurations or deep-seated lock mandrel assemblies.
