The Rebco ROTPX Equalizing Prong and Valve Sub-Assembly is the ROTX-family counterpart to the ROTPR, and when attached to a ROTX or ROTXN Lock Mandrel Assembly, converts the lock mandrel into a full Plug Choke with an integrated equalizing device capable of holding pressure differentials from both above and below. The ROTPX covers nipple seal bores from 1.500" through 4.562", matching the complete size range of the ROTX and ROTXN lock mandrel families. Like the ROTPR, the ROTPX incorporates a Prong with a Fishing Neck for independent Prong running and pulling operations, separate from the lock mandrel itself.

Prong lengths range from 23.38" at the 1.875" seal bore up to 39.04" at the 4.313" and 4.562" seal bores, and the V-Packing OD scales from .630" at the smallest seal bores up to 2.313" at the largest. The Prong Running and Pulling Tool varies by size and must be correctly specified when ordering. All sizes are constructed from Norm Alloy, certified for H2S service per NACE MR-01-75, and all Equalizing Sub-Assemblies are available in a variety of materials to suit well conditions.

Specify nipple seal bore size, the ROTX or ROTXN Lock Mandrel assembly number to be used with, V-Packing OD, Prong Running and Pulling Tool number for the applicable size, material, and service conditions.
