ROTR & ROTL (Bottom No-Go) Lock Mandrel Sub-Assembly
The Rebco ROTR and ROTL are Bottom No-Go Lock Mandrel Sub-Assemblies, the bottom-referenced counterparts to the ROTG and ROTN. They are designed to be set in BR Landing Nipples and share the same External Fishing Neck and large flow area design as the ROTG and ROTN, making them suitable for high-volume completions. Collet-type locking fingers prevent upward movement, while the No-Go shoulders prevent downward travel.
The ROTR is essentially a ROTL sub-assembly without the Packing Unit and Packing Mandrel; the ROTL includes the full Packing Unit for applications requiring a pack-off. Both are available in nominal sizes of 2 3/8" and 2 7/8", with seal bores from 1.781" to 2.250", and are constructed from Norm Alloy. Running and pulling tool requirements are the same as for the ROTG and ROTN family, using the ROTC-1 Running Tool with Shank BN-1, and the ROTRB Pulling Tool with Probe BN-1.
How to Order: Product Code 10. Specify lock type (ROTR for no pack-off, ROTL for pack-off), nominal tubing size (2 3/8" or 2 7/8"), seal bore size, and material. Refer to Page XIV-18 for tool selection for running and pulling.
