The Rebco ROTT Input Safety Valve Bottom Sub-Assembly is designed for use with Injection Safety Valves, covering nominal sizes of 2", 2-1/2", and 3". The sub incorporates a spring-loaded bottom valve that holds pressure from below only and also allows pumping through the plug from above, consistent with the rest of the bottom sub family. The spring-loaded mechanism is specific to the injection safety valve application, where the valve must remain closed against upward pressure from the injection zone while allowing downward fluid injection to open it when required.

All three nominal sizes use a Cage Box thread of 1 3/16"-14, 1 9/16"-12, and 2"-12 respectively, and are constructed from a Stainless and Alloy combination material to suit the demands of injection service. Maximum ODs are 1.50", 1.87", and 2.38" for the 2", 2-1/2", and 3" sizes respectively.
