ROTX Running Tool Assembly

The Rebco ROTX Running Tool is a dog-engagement running tool specifically engineered to run, locate, and set ROTX and ROTXN Lock Mandrels into their respective landing nipple profiles across a wide range of nominal sizes. The ROTX is the dedicated setting tool for the ROTX/ROTXN Lock Mandrel family, one of Rebco's most commonly deployed lock mandrel systems, and is therefore one of the most frequently used running tools in regular wireline field use.

The ROTX covers nominal sizes from 1.250" through 4.562", offering one of the widest continuous size ranges of any single running tool type in the Section III catalogue. Like the ROTR, each size is paired with a specific Assembly Sleeve and Test Sleeve accessory for pre-job function testing and field assembly verification. Operators should also note that ROTT and ROTSP Running Tools are available for ROTS, ROTT, ROTN, and ROTQ Lock Mandrels, with the ROTSP distinguished from the ROTT by its deeper Core, an important consideration when the lock mandrel sub-assembly has an unusually deep or recessed fishing neck profile.
