Type 'JU' (Jay) Unlatching Running Tool

Rebco Type 'JU'' Unlatching Running Tool is an accessory tool used to set Instruments into the well bore on top of the pre-set stop. See Section VI - BHP Tools for more details.

To Run: Attach the 'J' Head to the Instruments (Recorders). The Running Tool's 'JAY' slot allows the 'J' Head to be unlatched by the weight of the tool string. 'J' Heads fishing neck is used to retrieve the instruments at later date with appropriate Pulling Tool, (See Section IV, PRODUCT CODE 40).
