ROTR Lock Mandrel Assembly
The Rebco ROTR Lock Mandrel is a Selective Set Lock designed to land and set in a ROTR Landing Nipple of the matching size. Because it uses a selective profile, a wireline operator can pass the lock through any nipple in the string and set it at the specific target depth without disturbing devices already positioned in nipples at deeper locations. The ROTR is the workhorse selective lock in the Rebco lineup, covering nipple seal bores from 1.500" through 4.813" in the standard Product Code 10 configuration.
For larger bore applications in the 3.437" to 4.813" range, Product Code 10 locks are not stocked; Rebco supplies the Product Code 18 Safety Spring version as the standard first option for those sizes. Where high flow rates create vibration risk, the Product Code 17 Interference Hold Down version is available from 1.781" through 2.875", providing a positive latching structure that resists accidental unlocking under dynamic well conditions. All sizes are constructed from Norm Alloy, which is certified for H2S service per NACE MR-01-75, Latest Revision. The ROTR is run using the dedicated ROTR Running Tool and retrieved using the ROTGR Pulling Tool.
How to Order: Product Code 10 (standard), 17 (Interference Hold Down), or 18 (Safety Spring). Specify nipple seal bore size, material, and service conditions. Note that sizes 3.437" to 4.813" in Product Code 10 are Special Order; Rebco will supply the Product Code 18 Safety Spring version as the default for those sizes.
