The Rebco ROTS-1 and ROTS-2 are Selective Non-Flowing Lock Mandrel Sub-Assemblies that cover nominal tubing sizes from 1.660" to 4.50". Unlike the ROTR and ROTX families, which are designed for use with machined Landing Nipples, the ROTS subassemblies are intended for use in completions without dedicated nipple profiles, relying on Dogs (locking fingers) that face both directions; upward-facing Dogs prevent upward movement of the lock, while downward-facing Dogs prevent downward movement. This bidirectional locking mechanism makes the ROTS effective in non-flowing applications where pressure differentials in either direction must be held.

The ROTS-1 and ROTS-2 differ in their maximum OD and Dog configuration, with ROTS-1 used in the 1.660" and 4.50" nominal sizes and ROTS-2 used across the intermediate size range. Required running and Pulling Tools, along with appropriate Probes, vary depending on the type of accessory attached to the sub-assembly and are specified in the engineering data for each size.

All ROTS sub-assemblies are available in a variety of materials suitable for downhole conditions.
