ROTS-1 & ROTS-2 Lock Mandrel Sub-Assembly

Rebco ROTS-1 & ROTS-2 Lock Mandrel Sub-Assembly is a Selective Non Flowing Lock. Lock Mandrel Sub-Assembly has Dogs facing both ways, up facing Dogs prevent Lock moving upward, and down facing prevent the Lock moving downward.

Applications

  • Selective, non-flowing lock applications in wells without machined Landing Nipples

  • Any completion requiring the lock to resist movement in both the upward and downward directions simultaneously

  • Nominal tubing sizes from 1.660" through 4.50", with seal bore coverage from 1.18" to 3.81" depending on size.

  • Bidirectional locking through upward- and downward-facing Dogs provides positive retention in both directions, unlike single-direction locks that rely on the accessory's No-Go shoulder for one-way restriction.
