CO Rope Sockets
Rebco CO Rope Sockets are designed for use with small, stranded lines up to 5/16" diameter. CO Rope Sockets are made up of a: Body, Bottom Sub, Carriage, Slips and Set Screw. The Slips are designed to cause the line to break under severe loading at a specific percentage of the full line tensile strength.

If during the downhole operations the Tool String gets stuck, the operator is assured that the line will break at the Rope Socket, rather than up-hole, allowing retrieval of the Wireline.
CD Rope Sockets are available - with 'QLS' Rebco RQLD bottom connection.
Must be ordered by Wire Size in use and Slips (80% is most common).
