ROTD Collar Lock Mandrel Sub-Assembly

Rebco ROTD Collar Lock Mandrel Sub-Assembly is designed to be set in API Tubing Collars. The Tubing is sealed off by adding the ROTD Element Assembly, and variety of Sub- Assemblies to suit application; capable to hold pressure differentials in both directions.

Applications

  • Setting and packing off wireline retrievable flow control devices and plugs in wells without pre-installed Landing Nipples, by anchoring in API tubing collars

  • Completions requiring bidirectional pressure holding capability across the completion device

  • Retrofit completions in older wells where Landing Nipples were not installed during the original completion

  • Element replacement in the field using the ROTD Element Redress Kit (Product Code 310)
