ROTG & ROTN (Top No-Go) Lock Mandrel Sub-Assembly

Rebco ROTG & ROTN are Top No-Go, Lock Mandrel Sub-Assembly to be set into BF & BJ Landing nipples, and BL Sliding Sleeve.


ROTG Lock is basically a ROTN Lock Sub-Assembly less the Packing Unit and Packing Mandrel.

Applications

  • Locking wireline retrievable downhole equipment in BF and BJ Landing Nipples, and in BL Sliding Sleeves, in 2 3/8" and 2 7/8" nominal tubing

  • High-volume completions where maximizing bore flow area through the lock is a design priority

  • Applications requiring a pack-off above and below the nipple, using the ROTN with its integrated Packing Unit

  • Applications requiring only positional locking without a pack-off, using the ROTG without the Packing Unit

  • External Fishing Neck design provides a large, unobstructed internal flow area for high-volume production.

  • Collet-type locking fingers and No-Go shoulders provide positive bidirectional restraint once set.

  • The ROTG and ROTN share the same sub-assembly dimensions and running tools, with the only difference being the presence or absence of the Packing Unit, simplifying field inventory.

  • Compatible with BF, BJ, and BL profiles, covering the most common nipple and sliding sleeve profiles in the Rebco line.
