RMF Pulling Tool Assembly

Rebco RMF Pulling Tool is a Multi-Functional Tool design, sometimes called a 'Universal Tool'. The Tool is used to run and retrieve Wireline set devices with external Fishing Necks.

Product Code: 40

Applications

  • Retrieving external fishing neck devices in wells where the preferred release direction is uncertain

  • Operations where both upward and downward jar release attempts may be required on the same run

  • Reducing the risk of being unable to release from a stuck device due to commitment to a single release direction

Key Benefits

  • Only the pulling tool in the Rebco lineup can shear its release pin in either the upward or downward direction.

  • Eliminates the need to trip out of the hole to switch between shear-up and shear-down tools when the initial release attempt fails

  • Provides maximum operational flexibility in unpredictable or challenging wellbore conditions

  • The Tool can be run in the Shear-Up to release or Shear-Down to release mode.

Single Core can be adjusted to the desired Reach: Short, Medium or Long Reach.
