SP Sand Pump (Bailer) Assembly

The Rebco SP Sand Pump (Bailer) is engineered to remove sand and debris from the wellbore efficiently. This pump-type tool operates on the principle of a conventional lift pump with a piston mechanism. An optional bottom valve - available in ball or flapper configurations (see following pages) - allows debris to enter the barrel on the upstroke of the piston, trapping material for easy retrieval at surface.

  • For high-volume bailing operations, the SP Sand Pump can be easily converted into a tandem configuration by adding a double-pin sub and an additional bottom barrel, increasing capacity and efficiency.
