ROTX Equalizing Valve Sub-Assembly

Rebco ROTX Equalizing Sub-Assembly is to be used with ROTX & ROTXN Lock Mandrels.


These Sub-Assemblies are designed to allow pressure differentials to be equalized across the Lock Mandrels and Flow controls before attempting to retrieve them from respective Landing Nipples.

TOOL APPLICATION

Applications

  • Equalizing pressure across ROTX and ROTXN Lock Mandrels in their respective Landing Nipples, across nipple seal bores of 1.500" through 4.562", before retrieval operations

  • Small-bore completions beginning at 1.500" seal bore, matching the ROTX lock mandrel's coverage down to 1.250" nominal

  • H2S environments requiring Norm Alloy construction per NACE MR-01-75

  • Applications where the End Cap or without-Cap (suffix 1) configuration is required for specific assembly needs
