Equalizing Prong ROTPXX Plug Choke Assembly
Rebco Equalizing Prong ROTPXX Plug Choke Assembly, when landed in ROTX Landing Nipple, of the same size, will plug off the nipple and tubing. The Plug Choke is capable of holding pressure differentials from above or below.
NOTE: Equalizing Prong ROTPXX Plug Choke Assembly is made up of ROTX Lock Mandrel (PRODUCT CODE 10, 17, and/or 18) and ROTPX Equalizing Prong and Sub-Assembly with a Cap (PRODUCT CODE 20).

Plugging and bidirectional pressure holding in ROTX Landing Nipples across seal bore sizes of 1.500" through 4.562."
Small-bore completions beginning at 1.500" seal bore, where a prong-type pressure-holding plug is required.
Applications requiring the two-stage setting confirmation of a Check Set Tool run, followed by the Prong deployment
H2S service environments requiring Norm Alloy construction
Key Benefits
Extends the prong-type, positive pressure-sealing plug capability down to the 1.500" ROTX seal bore, the smallest available in any two-run plug assembly in the Rebco range.
Check Set Tool confirmation before Prong deployment provides a two-stage setting process that reduces the risk of failed plug installation in critical operations.
Prong lengths can be custom-ordered to suit specific tool string requirements.
Available in a variety of materials to suit downhole conditions.
The Plug requires TWO runs to be set.
Before Equalizing Prong is run in place, it is recommended to run a CHECK SET TOOL (ACCESSORY) to ensure that the Plug is set properly in the Landing Nipple profile.
Plug Chokes are available in a variety of Materials, suitable for down-hole conditions.
Norm Alloy is suitable for H2S Service (NACE MR-01-2 75, Latest Revision)
