OM-1 Kick-Over Tool Assembly
The Rebco OM-1 Kickover Tool is a wireline service tool designed for use with compatible running or pulling tools to install and retrieve compatible 1½-in. OD side-pocket subsurface-control devices. It is intended for use with side-pocket mandrels equipped with an orienting sleeve. During operation, the locating finger engages the mandrel’s orienting sleeve and helps rotate the tool string into alignment with the side pocket, while the kick-spring assembly positions the attached service tool over the pocket. A spacer bar is required for retrieval operations, and a knuckle joint is recommended directly above the kickover tool.

Applications
Install compatible 1½-in. OD side-pocket subsurface-control devices in mandrels equipped with an orienting sleeve.
Retrieve compatible side-pocket devices for replacement, inspection, or wireline servicing.
Position compatible running tools for deployment of approved side-pocket flow-control equipment.
Position compatible pulling tools for recovery of installed retrievable devices.
