ROTTS Collar Lock Mandrel Sub-Assembly
Rebco ROTTS Collar Lock Mandrel Sub-Assembly is designed to be set in API Tubing Collars. Type ROTTS Collar Lock Mandrel is basically the same as ROTS-2 Lock Mandrel Sub- Assembly (Product 10); with modified Keys to be able to locate in the Tubing Collars.

Applications
Selective, bidirectional locking in API tubing collars in wells without Landing Nipples, across nominal tubing sizes of 2 3/8", 2 7/8", and 3 1/2"
Any application where the ROTS-2 function is required, but a machined nipple is not present in the completion string.
Retrofit applications in wells where selective flow control capabilities need to be added without a nipple installation workover
Key Benefits
The Modified Key design allows the familiar ROTS-2 bidirectional locking function to be applied to standard API tubing collars, greatly expanding the range of wells in which selective locking is achievable.
Bidirectional Dogs provide positive resistance to upward and downward movement, unlike single-direction lock designs.
Functionally consistent with the ROTS-2, meaning field personnel familiar with that tool will require minimal additional training.
Available across three standard nominal tubing sizes.
