BT Circulating Choke Bottom Sub-Assembly
Rebco BT Circulating Choke Bottom Sub-Assemblies for use in BF Landing Nipple are to be used with Lock Mandrels (See Section XIV) ROTW, with 'API' Cross Over Mandrel or Packing Mandrel and BB Seal Unit according to the Nominal Size.

Applications
Controlled, restricted fluid circulation from above in BF and BR Landing Nipple completions, covering seal bore sizes of 1.78" to 2.81."
Production testing and flow restriction applications where precise control over the fluid flow rate through the completion is required
Any completion where a calibrated Flow Bean is needed to limit the rate of circulation or production through the bottom sub-assembly
Compatible with ROTW in BF nipples and ROTZ in BR nipples
Key Benefits
The Type BT Bean provides precise, calibrated flow restriction in 1/64" ID increments, allowing the operator to match the flow restriction exactly to the well's production or injection requirements.
Circulation from above is maintained, allowing the operator to manage fluid while the Bean controls the flow rate.
Compatibility with BF and BR nipple profiles, using the same API Cross Over Mandrel and BB Seal Unit system as the BB Circulating Bottom, simplifies inventory and field operations.
Additional circulating bottom types (BR, BP) are available on inquiry for specialized applications.
Circulating Choke Bottom Sub-Assembly restricts fluid flow in the tubing string. It permits circulation from above. The Flow Beans can be ordered to specific ID size by increments of 1/64".
NOTE: When ordering Specify Lock Mandrel Size and Type to be used with, and Material to suit Down-hole conditions/requirement.
