RNH & ROH Instrument Hanger Assembly
Rebco RNH Instrument Hanger Assembly is used to land and lock geophysical instruments in ROTRN Landing Nipples respectively, to allow recording of reservoir data. Applications
Deploying BHP recording instruments into ROTRN Landing Nipples (RNH) or ROTR Landing Nipples (ROH) across the full range of common production tubing sizes
Frequent-survey wells where the Protector Sleeve's no-seal design reduces wear and extends mandrel service life
Sour service wells where NACE-compliant alloy construction is required
Key Benefits
Protector Sleeve eliminates the need for a Seal Stack or an O-Ring Seal, simplifying assembly and reducing the number of consumable parts.
Wide size range, 2⅜" through 5½" nominal, covers small-bore velocity strings through large-bore production tubing.
NACE MR-01-75 compliant alloy construction standard on all assemblies for sour service compatibility
ROTR Running Tool and ROTGR Pulling Tool provide a complete, dedicated run-and-retrieve tool pair for both hangers
Lock mandrel parts are available separately for field repair and component replacement.
The Instrument Hanger Assembly consists of Lock Mandrel Assembly, Protector Sleeve and a Hanger Sub; offered with Amerada (3/4" - 16) Box connection and/or Sucker Rod (15/16" - 10) Box connection.
NOTE: Lock Mandrel does not require Seal Stack or 'O' Ring Seal; instead, a Protector Sleeve is supplied to minimize the damage to the Packing Mandrel.
