- ROTFMH Plug Choke with Removable Mandrel (Top No-Go) | Rebco Oil Tools, Inc.
Glossary ROTFMH Plug Choke with Removable Mandrel (Top No-Go) ROTFMH Plug Choke with Removable Mandrel (Top No-Go) The Rebco ROTFMH Plug Choke with Removable Mandrel is a positive blank-off device designed to seal off pressure from both above and below, and is the large-bore Top No-Go removable mandrel plug in the BF Landing Nipple family. It is a Top No-Go device designed to be set in BF Landing Nipples and the upper seal bore of the ROTL Sliding Sleeve, and covers nipple seal bore sizes of 2.750", 2.813", 3.688", 3.750", and 3.813". The plug requires two runs to be set. Running and pulling are performed using the ROTGS Running and Pulling Tool, with the ROTM Running and Pulling Prong for the mandrel and the SB Equalizing Prong Running and Pulling Tool for the equalization prong. All sizes are constructed from Norm Alloy certified for H2S service per NACE MR-01-75. The ROTFMH extends the removable mandrel plug capability into the larger bore range that the ROTFWG family does not cover, spanning from 2.750" to 3.813" seal bore. The Lock Mandrel Fishing Neck sizes are 2.31" for the 2.750" and 2.813" seal bores, and 3.12" for the 3.688", 3.750", and 3.813" seal bores, with Equalizing Prong Fishing Neck sizes of 2.313" and 3.125" respectively. How to Order: Product Code 21. Specify nipple seal bore size, material, and service conditions. Running and Pulling tools: ROTGS , ROTM Prong (specify seal bore size), SB Equalizing Prong Running and Pulling Tool. Refer to Pages XVI-38 and XVI-39 for engineering data and tool numbers. - XNH & XOH Instrument Hanger Assembly | Rebco Oil Tools, Inc.
Glossary XNH & XOH Instrument Hanger Assembly XNH & XOH Instrument Hanger Assembly The Rebco XNH and XOH Instrument Hangers are the ROTX -family equivalents of the RNH and ROH , respectively, designed to deploy recording instruments into ROTXN and ROTX Landing Nipples. Like the RNH / ROH , both the XNH and XOH are built on a Lock Mandrel Assembly with a Protector Sleeve in place of a Seal Stack, the same no-seal, sleeve-protected design that minimizes wear and simplifies repeated survey operations. The XNH and XOH cover an even broader size range than the RNH / ROH , starting from a smaller minimum nominal size of 1.900", making them available for smaller-bore completions where the ROTRN / ROTR nipple profile is not present. They extend through to 5½" nominal, covering seal bore sizes from 1.500" to 4.562". The dedicated running and pulling tools are the ROTX Running Tool (Section III) and the ROTGR Pulling Tool (Section IV), selected by nominal size and seal bore size. All assemblies are manufactured from normal alloy in accordance with NACE MR-01-75 standards. How to Order: Specify XNH (for ROTXN nipples) or XOH (for ROTX nipples), nominal size, seal bore size, and box thread connection (Amerada ¾"–16 or Sucker Rod 15/16"–10). - BF Landing Nipple | Rebco Oil Tools, Inc.
BF Landing Nipple Landing Nipples BF Landing Nipple BF Landing Nipple The Rebco BF Landing Nipple is a top no-go and selective landing profile designed to locate, lock, and seal compatible wireline-deployed downhole tools in the production tubing string. Its versatile internal profile accepts compatible selective and top no-go lock mandrels, making it suitable for instrument hangers, check valves, blanking plugs, chokes, and other flow-control devices. Multiple BF nipples may be installed at different depths, allowing equipment to be selectively positioned within the completion without disturbing tools set below. Product Code: 11 REQUEST A QUOTE DOWNLOAD DATASHEET BF Landing Nipple BF Landing Nipple Click here Applications The seating nipple may be used as a landing profile for a range of downhole completion and well-intervention devices, including: Installing blanking plugs to isolate the wellbore or facilitate pressure testing of the production tubing. Positioning subsurface-controlled safety valves, including velocity-operated SSCSVs. Installing equalizing check valves within the tubing string. Landing circulating blanking plugs for selected circulation and isolation procedures. Installing downhole chokes to manage flowing pressure, create a controlled pressure reduction, or help limit the risk of surface-line freezing during gas production. Supporting instrument hangers carrying downhole measurement equipment, including pressure and temperature memory gauges. When positioned above blast joints and used with a Model “A” polished nipple below the blast-joint section, the arrangement can accommodate separation sleeves for addressing localized blast-joint erosion or wear. Key Benefits Material flexibility: Available in material grades suitable for a variety of well environments and completion requirements, subject to the specified service conditions. Multiple landing configurations: Compatible with both top no-go and selective landing arrangements, providing flexibility in completion design. Protected sealing surface: The seal bore is shaped and finished to allow Chevron packing to pass through while reducing the likelihood of packing damage. Built-in locking profile: An integral locking groove provides a defined engagement point for compatible lock mandrels and downhole accessories. Tubing-compatible outer diameter: The external diameter is designed to correspond closely with the tubing-coupling envelope while providing mechanical properties comparable to N-80 tubing or higher. Turned-down diameter option: Components supplied with reduced outer diameters are matched to the dimensional and strength characteristics of turned-down N-80 couplings. Completion-design flexibility: Multiple nipples can be incorporated into one tubing string where selective locking systems are required, allowing equipment to be positioned at the intended depth. - BO & BD Hydraulic Jar Assembly | Rebco Oil Tools, Inc.
BO & BD Hydraulic Jar Assembly Tool String BO & BD Hydraulic Jar Assembly BO & BD Hydraulic Jar Assembly Rebco Hydraulic Jar is used to apply high impact force. The closed hydraulic system within the jar makes it possible for the jarring impact to be controlled. The intensity of the impact is proportionate to the full force on the Wireline and to the weight of Stem. Product Code: 102 REQUEST A QUOTE DOWNLOAD DATASHEET BO & BD Hydraulic Jar Assembly BO & BD Hydraulic Jar Assembly Click here Applications Providing assisted upward jarring in deviated wells where conventional jar-up action is limited Deep wells where high-viscosity fluid dampens the effectiveness of mechanical jars Any operation requiring a controlled, high-intensity upstroke impact force Key Benefits A closed hydraulic system allows the intensity of the upward impact to be controlled at the surface. Provides a superior upward jarring force compared to mechanical jars alone The hydraulic fluid specification can be adjusted to meet downhole temperature requirements. Available in 1¼"–2⅛" OD in standard threaded connections To activate the jars for next jarring impact, setting down the weight of the tool string, the internal metering of the hydraulic fluid sets the jars for activating force. Hydraulic fluid can be substituted to suit the needs of the operator; caution: should prevail to achieve the same end result.
